Connection list: Webhooks & Connections VS Scenarios Mapping
complete
Ben Bachar
It will be extremely helpful to have a list/map/dahboard which shows the connections between webhooks and scenarios. E.g - if you want to delete a webhook, you have to click DELETE in order to know where it is used

Hello everybody,
with our release of Make (formerly Integromat) we came with an improved overview of webhooks. Newly, the scenario is shown right in the row with the particular webhook. See more info here: https://www.make.com/en/help/about-make/make--what-s-new-and-what-s-changed#webhook-lists-show-scenarios-that-each-webhook-is-related-to
Thank you and happy automating!

Improve Management of Keys, Webhooks, Data Structures, etc
Zac Plansky
After using Integromat for a while, you may end up with lots of webhooks, data structures, keys, connections, etc.
It's not possible to know where these are being used (if at all), and it quickly becomes an unmanageable mess.
I would suggest a couple things:
- In the admin screens, show where these are all being used.
- Show some kind of usage (number of times used in last X days)
- Improve the default naming convention. Currently the default data structure name is "My data structure". It could be improved, something like: "My JSON Data Structure - 22 Aug 2020"
Please post some comments - what other ideas do you have on how to improve this?

How about updating the credentials used in the Keys? For example Github personal access tokens that expire. It would be great to be able to update the Key so changes take effect anywhere it's used.
And yes, knowing in which scenarios a Key, Webhook, and etc is used would be super helpful.

I agree. A rather botchy workaround is to stuff as much relevant information into the webhook name as possible, e. g. the ids of scenarios where the webhook is used.

It seems like nobody is using this tool at scale.
Debugging and re-running scenarios is a nightmare if you didn't plan for it in advance.
Hopefully, the new version will be more helpful on that matter.

I agree, it is very diffcult to manage webhooks and data stores. It would be great if you could see in whichg scenarios they are used.
