I'm blocked by the possible configurations of the "Find Tickets" module from Freshdesk. I would like to add a filter inside of this module to get a specific "Company_ID", but this item is not in the select dropdown (Group ID is something different)! I really need this to be added otherwise I can't find all tickets from my clients by their Freshdesk Company ID. Another suggestion would be to add a "Not equal to" choice when using this module filter. Indeed, I want to find all tickets which ARE NOT tagged with a specific label, but I can't do that, because for now the only choices I have are "Equal to","Less than" and "Greater than". Thanks :)
