Zendesk offers Side Conversations after upgrading the account and to have those available via API/a Zendesk module would be very useful. I found this API documentation here: https://developer.zendesk.com/api-reference/ticketing/side_conversation/side_conversation/#create-side-conversation

Hello, Zendesk provides the functionality (after upgrading) of using side conversations. To have this option available via the "update ticket" module could be really useful when sending out one message to the customer and another from the same ticket to another person.
